Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our commitment to quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Shoe Care & Accessories (once opened)
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
Body: Include your order number, order date, customer name, email address, items to return/exchange (product name, size, color, quantity), reason for return, and if applicable, your exchange preference.
Step 2: Prepare Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
International Returns
As we serve a global clientele (excluding select areas in Asia and remote regions), international returns are accepted following the same policy. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We cannot refund original international shipping costs.
